Throughout the winter of 2020/ 2021, Mayer Building Company rehabilitated this fading apartment building on the famous Esplanade Avenue in the quarter. Mainly consisting of finishes and kitchens, the work was completed for the new owner to prime the apartments to be coveted quarter pied-a-terres. As always in renovations of aged stock, there were are few surprises, but with the owner and architect’s assistance and quick decision making, now all units are go!
Recently our commercial construction project came to a successful completion, and we are open for business. I appreciate the efforts of Mayer Building Company in getting my premium coffee shop open early.
