On grand Audubon Boulevard, MBC completed a master suite renovation that included fabricating and installing a new built-in entertainment center in the bedroom, replacing the master bathroom floor and shower alcove with new Crema Marfil and decorative glass accents, new plumbing fitting and freshening the paint.

As we prepared to present ceramic selections to the owner, we remembered that we had 65sf of brushed ceramic 12x12s, 20sf of 4×4 stone tiles, two bags of adhesive and some ready mix concrete in storage. The two tiles matched well and we installed them. We delivered a great looking greenish shower and saved the client some green of his own.

Now after only 3 months worth of work on the interior and exterior, this little gem boasts a slew of improvements. In addition to the full renovations of the interior, we replaced the roof, salvaged the ridge cap terra cotta, painted the exterior siding and trim. We modified the porch and replaced broken sidewalk segments, changing this eyesore into a quaint abode with true curb appeal.
