In the fall of 2019, Mayer Building Company delivered 618 N Rampart, a four apartment complex in the French Quarter. Though this job was very challenging, Mayer Building Company completed the wood framed structure with its code compliant separations and all systems intact so that the owner could advertise the units.

In February 2019, Mayer Building Company completed an historic re-fresh of this striking French Quarter facade on Governor Nichols Street. The work included replacing the wood elements of the balcony, the louvered shutters and window cornices. Paint-works and a new metal component on the security gate made this project an obvious success.

In March 0f 2019, Mayer Building Company completed the new New Orleans office of Duplantis Design Group. The 1800 square foot satellite office at the Offices of the Mid City Market included new mechanical and sprinkler system modifications and bespoke architectural elements like gypsum “clouds,” LVT, custom slat-wall and milled planters.
