Condominum Upkeep and Improvements

Throughout the summer 0f 2009, Mayer Building Company was contracted to perform repairs and improvements at 1228-1230 Royal Street for the condominum board. We began with repairs to the carriage house balcony and wood rail. We repaired dormer siding, cementious roof tile and slate roof. We replaced the carpet in the common area stair and replaced the landing with a natural slate tile. We painted all interior common areas, painted a side balcony and patched stucco as required. We replaced an aluminum dormer window with a custom made historically accurate Spanish Cedar one.We corrected some deficiencies at an iron fire escape system and re-routed a downspout.  We prepped and painted the facade. All of these improvements were done on the owners’ phased schedule.
