ECM Consultants

In the fall of 2109 Mayer Building Company overhauled 1301 N. Causeway, the new headquarters for ECM Consultants, an engineering, architectural, and construction management firm. The work included renovation of ECM and future tenant offices, installation of a new glass conference room, a refreshing of the parking garage area and an exterior paint job. ECM, a repeat customer of ours, needed this work delivered fast-track and we delivered. We also co-ordinated with some ECM direct subcontractors with no hiccups and completed the punchlist in less than a week. Photos by Fred S. Goodrow Sr.
