In Bay St Louis, MS, Mayer Building Company overhauled and added to this historic cottage in Old Town, Bay St Louis. The addition of a new master bedroom and nursery was straight forward enough. The rest of the cottage was overhauled to expose barge board, historic wood siding (deleted the vinyl!) and ship-lap siding on the rear porch. New air conditioners, metal roof and finishes completed this coastal get-away.
Recently our commercial construction project came to a successful completion, and we are open for business. I appreciate the efforts of Mayer Building Company in getting my premium coffee shop open early.
