Sometimes your work may go unnoticed. Sometimes the important work is subtle. Preventative maintenance is subtle but worthwhile. After being awarded the public work contract of preparing and repainting all the doors, door frames, exterior woodwork, wrought iron rails, panels, anchor plates, supports and lattice posts, Mayer Building Company delivered this preventative maintenance project in October 2021. Though there was rain, Hurricane Ida, rain and more rain, Mayer Building Company delivered this project with no change orders in time for the Nola River Festival.
