At the end of the summer 2015, Mayer Building Company completed an office expansion and overall office finishes update for the New Orleans office of Pond & Company. Located in the Rault Building, Pond, a top ENR engineering firm, required local expansion. Mayer Building Company integrated neighboring offices in the Metairie tower to include a new glass conference room, two new executive offices, a sharp new reception and entry foyer, a break room, a server closet, and a new work/ supply space. At the same time, Mayer Building Company renovated many of the finishes in the older (existing) space with minimal interruption to Pond’s occupancy. Pond’s staff and our staff worked together to avoid any loss of time or efficiency through out the renovations.
