In October, Mayer Building Company completed a renovation to a Craftsman style home in the Riverbend that included all new wiring, interior and exterior lighting, selective plumbing and re-fixturing, a new air conditioning and heating system. We we also responsible for fabricating and installing some of the select finishes in the home to make it market-ready. We manipulated the salvaged cabinets to accept a contemporary kitchen appliance package. We installed a stone tile in a “brick” or “stagger joint” pattern. We replaced the vanities and created a custom medicine cabinet. We refinished the Philadelphia strip flooring and installed the stainless steel kitchen appliances.
