Small Projects Summer

The summer of 2014 saw us delivering a myriad of middle sized to small projects throughout New Orleans and Metairie.

French Quarter/ Treme / Warehouse District

St.Ann Apartmemt Complex: We installed new subfloor and low maintenance, but good looking VCT floors for a local landlord.
Chartres Apartment Update: We installed new chandeliers, ceiling and millwork paint and a fresh coat of paint in the bathroom and foyer.
Chartres Courtyard Exterior Repairs: At a shop on Chartres, we replaced dilapidated guttering that was making a mess of the courtyard.
Barracks Street Service Calls: We performed handyman services for a local property manager.
Conti Street Shop: We installed a new electrical meter and repair some leaky pipes.
Loft Condos Common Area: For the property manager of the Linsfield Lofts , we corrected and painted two malfunctioning common area doors and frames.
Office Hand Rail Repair: We fixed a wobbly handrail for a Real Estate office downtown.

Mid City / Uptown / Lakefront

Dumaine Street: We replaced a stained Carrera countertop with new black granite, updated the kitchen sink and faucet too.
Cleveland Avenue: We performed a handyman service call, correcting a rotted window sill.
St. Ann Duplex: We corrected leaky windows and doors at this Mid City duplex.
Baronne Street Landmarked Apartments: We replaced the entire wood balcony on this landmarked building with not interruption to the landlord or the tenant.
Car Collector’s Shop: In this rough warehouse space, we added a new toilet room, mop sink and lights.
Killdeer Street: We replaced 30′ of rotten gutter with new.

Metairie

Doctor’s Office: We performed a handyman service call, installing a desk and a TV in the waiting room.
Old Metairie Home: We salvaged and painted the soffit and fascia on a one story home in this neighborhood.
