St. Charles Avenue Condo Renovation

In the fall of 2017, MBC completed a renovation of a 2000 sf residence on the 11th floor of the Carol on St. Charles Avenue. The project included renovation of three bathrooms, a kitchen, a laundry room and all the bedrooms and living space. Though it was challenging to work in a large occupied complex, Mayer Building Company did our best to keep our footprint light. We protected the common areas near by the work-site, remained approachable and amenable to the building’s and its occupants’ requests. We were quiet and fast.
