In early summer 2021, Mayer Building Company wrapped up a tight commercial project for the property owner/ landlord for the new regional Otis Elevator Company. The space included renovations and improvements to the warehouse space and a brand new office suite for Otis Elevator. The suite includes new fire alarm, HVAC, electrical and low voltage systems, along with custom office casework for coffee and copy areas. I was concerned about doing a renovation at a place that was many states away from where I lived. I needed someone that I could count on and could handle every aspect of the renovation. I also required someone who was familiar with the permit requirements for an historical building in New Orleans….I would highly recommend Ryan Mayer to any potential client.
