Just before Mardi Gras 2024, Mayer Building Company delivered this carefully renovated fourplex on the Parade Route. We updated all kitchens, baths, living space and re-finished the rich antique floors. This project required new wiring throughout and updates to the plumbing systems. The finish product is an elevated set of excellent apartments for rent in this wonderful historic building.
Recently our commercial construction project came to a successful completion, and we are open for business. I appreciate the efforts of Mayer Building Company in getting my premium coffee shop open early.
