2012 – 13 Winter Service Work

list pix 1225 This winter Mayer Building Company performed quite a few service calls in addition to our project portfolio. Mainly these types of small jobs are two or three day turn-key items or mechanical or electrical repairs. This winter Mayer Building Company completed the following:

Seventh Ward: Added a full height office partition with a new door and hardware set and trimmed the wall with baseboard to match.

French Quarter: Removed and replaced faulty upper cabinets and installed an exterior handrail.

Palmer Park: Refinished tenant stained Philadelphia strip wood floor and repainted walls and ceiling in a rental property.

West End: Removed and replaced wood bulkheads in 37′ Endevour sloop rigged sailboat.

Marigny: Removed and replaced split system HVAC unit for Title Company office.

French Quarter: Repair sheetrock at leaking masonry. Stop leak.

Bywater: Repair sheetrock at leaking roof. Stop leak.

Bywater: Replace rotton floorboards. Finish to approximate match.
