Decatur Historic Renovation

Mayer Builders delivered 1305 Decatur, a major historic renovation in the French Quarter. The scope of the renovation was total. The completed project included tax credits for the owner and a mention in the 2013 VCC awards. From stem to stern, MBC meticulously restored doors, windows, fireplaces and wood flooring. We rebuilt in its entirety the second story raised carriage house and historic balcony. The ground floor was tidied up as a “white-box” and became a gallery / retail space very quickly after completion. Below are Stevie Ramos’s pictures:
