After hours, Mayer Building Comapny trenched and re-installed reinforced concrete maintaining existing slab integrity. For the existing conditions, we were required to do excessive back-filling . We installed the appropriate vapor barrier . After the GC self performed most of the work, we furnished and installed the custom, if a little tricky, acoustical tile ceiling at the new Swim & Sport location in Lakeside Mall.
Recently our commercial construction project came to a successful completion, and we are open for business. I appreciate the efforts of Mayer Building Company in getting my premium coffee shop open early.
