Mayer Building Company completed this total renovation for Summersgill CPA in historic Covington, Louisiana during December 2016. The project, designed by Metro Studio, included wholesale replacement of tired interior and exterior finishes, reconfiguration of the layout to suit the needs of Summersgill, a new kitchenette, two new restrooms, a built-out loft space, contemporary lighting, and restoration of antique floors. I was concerned about doing a renovation at a place that was many states away from where I lived. I needed someone that I could count on and could handle every aspect of the renovation.
