Credit Human Financial Health Center – Oak Street

During the Spring of 2023, Mayer Building Company completed its second Credit Human Financial Health Center in New Orleans. This one was built out of an older dilapidated outbuilding on Oak Street. We not only transformed the interior from essential a large shed into a first class financial center, we also replaced the roof, the front façade, the concrete and landscaped approach and the insufficient utility services. The project was a challenge in that supply chain issues really delayed the electrical systems, but given our rapport with the owner (Thanks Sharon of CH!) and our compatibility with the architect (Thanks Maggie and Lucy of OJT!).
