At the 3715 Prytania Medical Office Building near Touro, Mayer Building Company completed a new office suite for Eye South Partners. EyeSouth Partners is a premier network of integrated eye care practices located across the country. Their affiliated ophthalmology practices benefit from superior operational expertise, as well as investments in support staff, ongoing education, and state-of-the-art technology. The project, designed by Randal Paulson Architects, of Roswell, Georgia, consisted of 3350 sf of new finishes, electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems and well as integration of the building’s sprinkler system and adding a new component to the building’ fire alarm. The space includes the branded finishes of Eye South with luxury vinyl tile, custom window treatments and wall coverings. Though all of New Orleans was impacted by Hurricane Ida, with a small extension, Mayer Building Company turned over this project a week and a half before schedule!
