MBC quickly and efficiently face-lifted this historic single in the University neighborhood for the landlord. This cute shotgun was made market ready for the fall semester. We repainted inside and out, changed the kitchen cabinets, countertops and appliances. The lights and fans were cleaned or swapped and most importantly the water heater and the air conditioner are new and properly functioning.
Recently our commercial construction project came to a successful completion, and we are open for business. I appreciate the efforts of Mayer Building Company in getting my premium coffee shop open early.
