During December of 2014, Mayer Building Company completed the full restoration and code updates to 1000 North Broad Street in on the border of the Treme and Esplanade Ridge neighborhoods. This building is now our headquarters. It also houses two commercial tenants. The work, designed by Nano and Logan Killen Interiors included storefront and facade restoration, new security, fire alarm, IT, and MEP systems. We salvaged old floors and the mid-century bathroom tiles. We installed new lights and new finishes inside and out. We dressed the facade with louvered Bahama shutters and a roof deck with custom iron rails.
